Latest Improvements and Features

  • System Wide Improvements
    • User email signatures at the Employee Setup and are now used whenever emailing Quotes, RFQ, POs, ROs.
    • Added a new “Home” Page
    • Added a new “Upgrade” console to provide you the option to quickly accept new upgrades

  • Excel Spreadsheet Imports have been improved and are now available for:
    • RFQ – Action Button once inside the RFQ
    • Customer Quotes – Action Button once inside the RFQ
    • Purchase Orders – Action Button once inside the PO
    • Inventory – Under Operation Tools Menu
    • Secondary Inventory – Under Operation Tools Menu
  • Quote Improvements
    • Added a Reference number field to Header, to reference customer’s RFQ#
    • Account Terms field in Header now default from Customer’s account
    • You can now attach additional documents to your emailed Quotes. This works for Quote lines tied to Inventory or you can manually add documents when in the Generate Quote screen.
    • Added a Warranty field to the Quote lines. Will show in Quote if filled in.
    • Serial, Tag Info, Tag Date, Lead Time will show in Quote if filled in.
    • Can now “tie” an RFQ line to your quote line. This will provide opportunity to copy over the SN, Tag Info from the RFQ to your Quote line.
    • Quote Document PDF looks have been improved
    • Convert to Sales Order now provides a ‘Customer PO #’ field for entry during conversion

  • Part Research Improvements
    • Added more columns to the Available Inventory area and the History boxes

  • RFQ Improvements
    • Can now create a PO from an RFQ – New Action Button
    • Can now create a Customer Quote from an RFQ – New Action Button

  • Sales Order Improvements
    • After Shipping a Release for SO or RO, you can now quickly cancel the Release shipment (which places the Release back in the Shipping Queue) and ship again later or cancel the Release if no longer needed.  The cancel of the shipment will place the inventory back as it was before the shipment.
  • Receiving
    • Can now attach documents to your receipt lines.  They are attached directly to the Inventory Record and become available in Inventory, Quotes tied to Inventory, and at Outbound QC screen.
    • Exchange Receiving Improvements
    • Screen now defaults with the same owner code, warehouse, qty as in the original SO transaction
    • Added the Tech Data button with the same features as in standard receiving.
    • Added a comments button, which shows the SO Line Internal and External Comments.
    • Receive and Cancel buttons are no longer hidden behind the menu bar at the bottom
    • Added AWB field
  • Reports
    • Individual Reports have been improved with more data, better description, and a few new reports have been added as well.
  • Additional Changes
    • Fixed: On SO Exchange Shipping, when no splitting of the inventory is required, the Inventory.Quantity is going to 0 when it was qty 1
    • Added: Serial Number now defaults on the customer quote when attaching a line from Part Research
    • Fixed: When Shipping Exchanges, Customer Exchange Activity.Original Serial is now being filled in with the Inventory Serial Number.
    • Fixed: QTY on Repair is now accurate after allocation to a Sales Order
    • Fixed: Editing the condition code on a Repair Order after allocation is no longer allowed
    • Added: Added Customer PO Number to the Convert to Order screen
    • Fixed: Removed any hardcoded reference to currency and dates. This allows for increased International usage
    • Fixed: Added Document name to the document link in the Customer Quote attachments
