TrueAero- Non Zencraft Shipments w/ Customs Values Request

Hello team,

Ann from TrueAero has run into the problem of adjusting CI Value in the Operations Release screen for international shipments that are not using Zenkraft so that when the PPW (Priced Packing Slip is generated, it uses that override value) but it doesn’t change the RLS.

It appears that for most shipments which are going through “Zenkraft” it is not an issue, since the program already has an existing function; this is for non-Zenkraft orders exclusively

I am unaware if this is a priority issue, but I had advised the customer we are internally reviewing; Please provide internal input
